    I don't think that's possible. Since the game is on the actual discs you need a disk drive to transfer the game onto your computer. I think you may need to ask EA about that one.
    Either that or you could install the disc onto a different machine, eg a friends computer or laptop. Then move the game onto a memory stick then put onto your computer. However I'm not sure that is possible.

    I would be wary of that, if the computer does not have a DVD drive, it may not meet the requirements for the game. Usually the ones w/o DVD drives are netbooks and there is no way one of those could handle the game.

    Not necessarily true, DarkAmaranth1966. The newer laptops have done away with disk drives because there really isn't much of a necessity for them anymore. The laptop I'm on now doesn't have one but it's a fully capable computer. Obviously, it's not a gaming PC but it has all the function of a PC just without the disk drive. I have a HP Pavilion TouchSmart.

    sorry Desiree420 ive got to go with dark on this one. now i did a quick search for your system not sure if you have the laptop or the all in one - either case none that i found had proper gaming video cards which is needed for sims
    i do think you should follow the suggested advice here to minimize performance issues
